Her passion for coaching truly took off when she started coaching bikini and wellness posing. Having worked with over 1,000 ladies on posing, she learned some areas she would excel not just as a posing coach, but an even better lifestyle and competition prep coach! She started coaching prep and lifestyle in 2021 and knew that she wanted to be a coach who brings ladies to the stage looking and also feeling their best! This now is a foundation based on functional health, to optimize the body internally, through blood work and lifestyle adjustments.
Before becoming a coach, Jazzy served in the United States Marine Corps for 6 years. This was pivotal in her leadership and coaching strengths, and we are excited to have her join the team! Beyond fitness, Jazzy loves to dance, make people laugh, and spend time with her blue nosed pit bull and around home in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
