Charmaine Cloud joins the DeMesquita Nutrition team with high energy and enthusiasm to help others develop confidence and self love through health and fitness!
She has worked with clients of many avenues from strongman, powerlifters, lifestyle, military, to competitive elite body builders. Based in Virginia, she has worked in person and online with men and women throughout her coaching career. Charmaine has a deep care for her clients and is constantly pursuing further education. She has ASFA, CPR and J3U certifications, as well as direct mentorship from Olympia level coaches.
Outside of coaching and competing in NPC bikini, Charmaine also loves art, Pokemon and traveling! She looks forward to meeting you and helping you level up in your own health goals!
